Tom has held significant leadership positions at private and public institutions throughout the nation. He has provided Strategic Assistance to a variety of colleges and universities. Some of the institutions he has served include Marymount University (D.C.),
Spring Hill College, University of Sciences Philadelphia, University of
Tampa, Texas A&M University Commerce, Bradley University, Saint
Joseph's University, Bentley University, St.
Mary's University (Texas), IUPUI, Hartwick College, University Of
Central Florida, Drake University, Texas Christian University, Central Michigan University and Purdue Calumet University. He remains active in his consulting work providing Operational Analysis, Enrollment Planning, and Market Growth within an integrated enrollment management focus.
Tom is nationally recognized for his development of strategic marketing in higher education. He is respected for his achievements in the development of student growth and quality within integrated enrollment models at different institutions. He has directed institutes, published frequently, and been a featured speaker at forums, seminars, and other events. He recently completed service as a member of the Advisory Council of the University of Alabama At Birmingham School of Business. He received his doctorate from Oklahoma State University.
He received his doctorate in higher education and mass communications. His dissertation was developed under a grant from the Public Relations Society of America.
He and his wife, Beverly, reside in Birmingham, Alabama.
