History
Between
1982 and 1992, Tom served as consultant, vice president, president, and
principal of Ingersoll Williams and Associates. In 1993, he merged his
company with Noel-Levitz, becoming a principal and serving as president
and CEO from 1997 to 2003. Since 2003, Tom has tapped into his national network
of clients and professional contacts in enrollment management to
develop an executive search service specializing in enrollment managers
and to provide customized strategic planning and enrollment management
consulting services.

He is a certified financial planner and holds an MBA from the University of South Dakota.
He and his wife of 39 years, Kay, reside in Tucson, Arizona from
October through May and in Marble, Colorado from June through September.
